Specialist Mentor – LifeLinks Low Level Mental Health

18 hours a week SCP: 19 – 22 (£17,802 - £19,621) pro rata

The post is to provide mentoring and enabling support on both a one to one and small group basis within a person centred approach which will support service users to increase their confidence and feel supported in engaging and developing links within their wider communities.

You will need to have had experience of working with adults with low level mental health issues in a mentoring or group facilitation role. You should have good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to build effective working relationships whilst maintaining boundaries and ensuring clarity of your role.
