Onside provides a range of services to support people living with dementia. Our specialist areas are support for people living with young onset dementia, the provision of peer support and dementia cafes for people of all ages living with dementia
Dementia Wellbeing Service
Peer Support (Dementia Cafés) Service
The Peer Support (Dementia Cafes) Service provides regular opportunities for people living with dementia and their families to meet for peer support, information and social activities (This service is currently on hold during lockdown)
Dementia Wellbeing Specialists
Our Dementia Wellbeing Specialists are skilled and experienced in Young Onset Dementia. They work one-to-one with clients and their families to offer tailored support in conjunction with other relevant professionals. A period of active mentoring may also be offered to enable clients to participate safely and companionably in activities they enjoy.

Connected Together
Connected Together provides opportunities for people living with Young Onset Dementia to enjoy activities with others, as well as for carers to enjoy social time.
Connected Plus
Our experienced and skilled mentors provide support to enable people living with Young Onset Dementia to enjoy a range of activities and interests. The support is tailored to meet individual needs, choices and circumstances. Mentors work one to one with people with the aim of stimulating and maintaining their skills and interests, enabling them to engage with their local community and develop social networks. There is a charge for this service.
