ONSIDE announced as INclusive Worcestershire Leader

ONSIDE are thrilled to announce we have been awarded INclusive Worcestershire Leader (IWL) status. It confirms we are a fair, equitable and inclusive employer, who has demonstrated being at the forefront of best practice.

IWL is a Worcestershire County Council initiative in partnership with Worcestershire Growth Hub and Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership. 

'We are so very proud to have been recognised as an INclusive Worcestershire Leader', says Emma Thompson, ONSIDE's Director of People. She continues, 'ONSIDE has always believed that true leadership should create spaces where everyone belongs, differences are celebrated, and every individual can rise to their fullest potential.
