Alice Braddick - new CEO at ONSIDE

Alice first came to ONSIDE in 2018 bringing a wealth of experience from other voluntary and commercial sectors, to a business development role. In that time she has contributed to the significant growth of the organisation, in particular the expansion of the wellbeing services and support for children and families.

Having taken over the CEO role earlier this year, Alice is looking forward to steering ONSIDE through it’s next exciting chapter.  

‘I feel so privileged to have this opportunity to lead this very special charity,’ says Alice. ‘The growth and development in recent years has seen our staff team expand significantly. I want to ensure all staff and volunteers continue to feel proud of where they work and what they do, building on our commitment to continuing to provide a welcoming, positive and supportive place to work.
