Our elephant calf sculpture was inspired by the belief that everyone is different with unique needs & experiences. The elephant calf design also reflects that ONSIDE provides support that is as individual as you. The design used multi-coloured fingerprints to represent that we are all different - everyone is unique. We each have a unique fingerprint, unique life experiences and unique support needs. Onside provides personalised support packages to match the needs of the individual. which was created and designed in collaboration with people across the organisation. We held creative sessions in Mix Café which were attended by staff, volunteers and service users.
